- Feeds inventory data to Flxpoint
- Receives Fulfillment Requests and Fulfillment orders from Flxpoint
- Sends tracking information to Flxpoint
- Can provide invoices for reconciliation inside Flxpoint

- Flat file from a distributor
- File uploaded and updated on an FTP
- API connection
- EDI 846 file
- File attached to an email from a distributor.
- HTTP link to product information.
- POS system
Channel
A channel is a website, platform, or marketplace that:
- Receives listing data from Flxpoint
- Lists items for sale and allows orders to be placed
- Provides order data for Flxpoint to import and fulfill to a distributor
- Receives a tracking number from Flxpoint
Examples of a channel:
- Shopify
- BigCommerce
- Magento
- Amazon
- Walmart
- Flat file
- API
Reseller
A reseller acts a retailer of your products:
- Much like you may sell another distributor's products on your store or marketplace, a reseller inside of Flxpoint will sell your products on a website or marketplace.
- Note: Resellers are usually fixtures of a B2B business model.
Get Inventory Primary
- Get Inventory Primary is the main function of bringing SKUs in from the Source (Left side) of the equation.
- This will place SKUs in the Source Inventory stage where an SKU can begin its lifecycle.
Get Orders

- Get Orders is a function set up inside of the settings of your Sales Channels that will allow you to Import Orders into Flxpoint, so that you can begin managing those orders.
