Overview

This document will cover how to connect RSR as a source and what integrations we support with RSR.

How To Connect

You need to fill out your 

• Connection Name
• API URL
• Username
• Password
• POS

POS

• "I" can be used for your POS indicator -- make sure that the POS indicator on your RSR account matches what you configure in Flxpoint

Username and Password

• API username and password is the same username and password you use to log into the RSR website
• Confirm with RSR they have your account configured for use with API, and they configure for use with Flxpoint

API URL

• Production is your live account 
• Sandbox is a test account

Important

• Custom fields are not supported
  • However all attributes are saved at the parent level
• Dimensions are available in inches and weight is available in pounds
• Cannot fetch images in Get Inventory integration
  • Have to use the Get Inventory Images integration
• Support up to two level categories

Get Inventory [Secondary]

SUPPORTED

Only retrieves product pricing and quantity

• Dealer pricing can be mapped

Order Operations

Send Fulfillment Requests

• Flxpoint does not send any shipping method with the requests because shipping is auto-selected by suppliers
• Item association is sent as item SKU's 

Get Shipments

SUPPORTED

Important

• We support partial shipments
• Only the tracking number can be seen in the Get Shipments response
  • Not the Carrier or Method
