NetSuite as a Source in Flxpoint supports the operation "Get Shipments." This functionality allows you to import shipment data from your NetSuite account into Flxpoint. By retrieving shipment details, you can efficiently track and manage the fulfillment process for your orders, ensuring that shipping information is up-to-date within your Flxpoint system.
How To Connect

Go to Sources in the left menu.

Click the +Add Source button to add a new source.

Choose Netsuite as your source.

Fill in the required fields:
- Connection Name
- Client ID
- Client Secret
- Netsuite Store ID
- Token ID
- Token Secret

Click Test Connection to ensure everything works.

Click Save Connection to complete the setup.

How to Generate NetSuite Token ID & Token Secret:
- Log in using a role with the User Access Token permission.
- In the Settings portlet, click Manage Access Tokens.
- Click New My Access Token.
- On the Access Token page:
- Select the Application Name. (We recommend naming it “Flxpoint”)
- The Token Name is automatically generated, or you can enter your own.
- Click Save. The confirmation page displays the Token ID and Token Secret. (They do not expire unless you revoke them.)
Note: Tokens created in your NetSuite production account are not copied to Release Preview or sandbox accounts. To test in these environments, generate new tokens. After sandbox refresh, new tokens must also be created.
