Views

Overview

Views allow a user to configure the specific fields they would like to see within the search view.

For example, a standard view could be customized to show pricing, product content, or a hybrid between the two.

Creating Views

To create a view, click on the gear icon to the right of View, as seen below.

Once selected, a screen will show that allows for choosing and ordering the fields desired for a view. Click New View on the left to create a new view.

After selecting all the relevant fields and ordering them as desired, add a name and click Save View in the top right to save this view for use later.

Using Views

After a view has been created, this view is now usable by selecting it from the right-hand side of the search user interface.

By default, the Default view is always chosen. To modify this, simply click on another view that has been created, and the columns will reflect what has been configured in this view.

Dynamic Columns

In addition to creating pre-defined views, a user can also choose to simply add a column for a quick reference.

To add a column without creating a view, hold Ctrl or  and click a column header. This will bring up a view such as the following:

Clicking the > or < icons will add the chosen column to the left or right of the column initially clicked.

Clicking the REMOVE button will remove the selected column from the user interface.

Dynamic Columns

Dynamic column modifications are discarded on refresh or when you choose a different view. If you would like to persist these modifications, you must create a view with these columns.
