How To Delete Inventory
You can exclude the product from the product catalog by deleting it from the source inventory.
Here are the steps to follow for deleting source inventory:
- Under Source Inventory, click on the checkbox for the product you want to delete. You can also use the search bar for locating the product.
- Click on Actions and select Delete from options
- Fill in the asked requirements and click on Delete

Similar to the other delete functions, when you have deleted the last linked inventory variant to a product that will also cause the product and listing to be deleted |

Deleted Inventory products will be re-imported until a Do Not Import rule is applied. For example, you delete all of Brand X because you're not approved to sell them and no longer want them in your Source Inventory. You will need to add a Post Mapping Workflow rule on the source responsible for importing those products. Click here for a tutorial on how to set up a Do Not Import Rule. |
