Manually Creating Inventory

Overview

Flxpoint allows you to manually enter inventory into the Source Inventory. This bypasses the traditional flow of inventory data importing via the Get Inventory Primary source integration

Before You Get Started

  1. Integrate a Source
  2. Determine the Parent SKU & Variant SKU
  3. For each new inventory item, have the following optional information nearby if desired:
    1. Title
    2. Quantity
    3. Cost
    4. Dimensions & Weight

Instructions

How to Create Inventory
  • Navigate to Source Inventory
  • Click Actions in the top right
  • Select Create Inventory
  • Choose the Source
  • Enter Parent SKU & Variant SKU
  • Enter optional fields if desired
  • Optional Fields:
    • Title
    • Quantity
    • Cost
    • Dimensions & Weight

Flxpoint Pro Tip

If you would like to create additional inventory without losing your current information, be sure to select the checkbox for Create Additional Inventory in the bottom left of the pop-up.
