Connect to QuickBooks Desktop to import your product data into Flxpoint.

Flxpoint only support QuickBooks Desktop as a data source and not for accounting purposes.
How to Connect

Download and setup the Quickbooks Web Connector here.
- This should be a Windows machine, not Linux/iOS.

You will need to download this file (.qwc file)

Then click "Add Application" and upload the config.qwc file to the Web Connector.

Select "Quickbooks Desktop" as a source integration in Flxpoint

Then go to "Basic Info" and generate an API token

Copy this API token

Paste this token into the Quickbooks Web Connector under "Password".

You will then select the new application and click on "Update Selected" in the web connector. This will import your items into Flxpoint.
- If the progress bar is not showing 100% then this is not connected correctly and Quickbooks will need to assist you in your Web Connector Configuration.

Check to ensure that the products are importing into Flxpoint correctly.

Once verified, then you can enable "Auto-Run" to schedule this operation to run every 30 minutes.

Product Operations
Get Inventory [Primary]
SUPPORTED
The Get Inventory Primary operation will import available product data from your Quickbooks Desktop account.
This product data can then be used to publish products on your various channels for sale.
