How to Connect

Enter a Connection Name to identify your setup. Example: "Ingram Micro US Connection."

Input the FTP Host. Typically, this is
mercury.ingrammicro.com. -
Enter your FTP Username, which can be requested from Ingram Micro.

Enter your FTP Password, provided by Ingram Micro when your FTP account is set up.

Select the Country Code relevant to your account (e.g., "US").

Log in to your Ingram Micro account and create a Production App: Approval may take up to 48 hours, but is usually completed within 24 hours.

After approval, collect your Client Number, Client ID, and Client Secret: View Example.

Click Test Connection to ensure the credentials work. Correct any errors that appear.
