How To Connect

You need to fill out your 

• Connection Name
• Fulfillment Email
• Fulfillment Password
• Dealer Email
• Dealer Password

• The email and password you use to login into your Lipseys fulfillment account

Dealer Email and Dealer Password

• The email and password you use to login into your Lipseys dealer account

Shipping Method

• Cannot be selected in Flxpoint because Supplier auto-selects shipping

This setting allows you to leverage both your fulfillment and dealer account when deciding where to send fulfillment requests

Note on Account Selection Logic:

When both dealer and fulfillment credentials are configured in the connection settings, and the address type is set to none, the following logic will apply:

Dropship Firearms/Accessories:

• All dropship firearms and accessories will utilize the fulfillment account.

Restricted Products:

• Products from certain manufacturers will automatically use the dealer account for fulfillment. This includes products under the following manufacturers:
  • AAC (Advanced Armament)
  • Browning
  • Gemtech
  • GLOCK
  • IWI - Israel Weapon Industries
  • Q
  • Trijicon
  • Winchester
  • FN
  • Heckler and Koch (HK USA)
  • Ruger
  • Smith & Wesson
  • Springfield Armory
  • Walther Arms

Accessory Products:

• If a restricted product falls under category 1 or category 2 and contains the keyword "accessory," the system will use the fulfillment account for processing.

Get Shipments

SUPPORTED

Important 

• The advanced setting "Within Last X Days" will not honor any value except 1
  
  • Lipseys restricts the endpoint so the best practice is to schedule the integration to run once a day to get the previous day's invoices
• Tracking can be found in the Purchase Order
