JBI is a distributor of books and media products. Available in Flxpoint for automated stock and order updates.

Log into your Flxpoint account.

Navigate to the Sources tab from the left-hand menu.

Click on + Add Source and follow the prompts.

Click on Start Creating Integrations and select JBI from the available list.

On the New JBI Connection screen, provide:
- Connection Name: A custom name for your JBI integration.
- FTP Protocol: Select FTP, SFTP, or FTPS as required.
- FTP Host: The address provided by JBI.
- FTP Port: Default is 21 for FTP, 22 for SFTP, etc.
- FTP User & FTP Password: Your JBI credentials.
- Advanced Settings: Adjust Maintain Constant Connection or Use Unbuffered Private Data Channel if needed.

Click Test Connection to verify, then select Save Connection to finalize.
