TD SYNNEX with Etilize as a Source operates in the technology distribution and product content management industry. TD SYNNEX provides IT hardware, software, and cloud solutions, while Etilize (a subsidiary of GfK) specializes in standardized product data and rich content for eCommerce and distribution. How To Connect

Log into your Flxpoint account.

Navigate to the Sources tab from the left-hand menu.

Click on + Add Source and follow the prompts.

Click on Start Creating Integrations and select your desired source from the available list.

Select TD Synnex US With Etilize or TD Synnex Canada With Etilize based on your needs.

In the TD Synnex With Etilize Connection screen, enter a Connection Name, Host, Port, Username, and Password. Then click Save Connection to finalize.

Next, configure your Etilize Package and Etilize Agreement Number in the Settings section. Once done, click Save Connection to finish.
Product Operations
The primary operation merges TDSynnex cost/quantity with Etilize content (images, attributes), while the secondary operation handles more granular updates. Etilize ensures you have richer product data than TDSynnex alone can provide.
Get Inventory (Primary)
TDSynnex + Etilize (Primary) is supported!
We pull cost and quantity from TDSynnex (US or CA), then enrich the catalog with Etilize data (images, descriptions, specs).
- Etilize credentials may be required to fetch images and attributes.
- Multiple TDSynnex warehouses can be summed for total quantity.
Get Inventory (Secondary)
Yes, Etilize + TDSynnex (Secondary) is also supported!
This secondary feed is useful for more frequent or more focused updates. Etilize will continue enriching any SKUs that match. TDSynnex still supplies cost & quantity data.
Order Operations
Below are your order operations. Etilize does not affect how TDSynnex orders are sent or received; it only provides product data.
Send Fulfillment Requests
Yes, you can send TDSynnex orders in conjunction with Etilize data.
Etilize does not affect the order submission process—just how your products are displayed. Provide your TDSynnex credentials (US or CA).
- Automatically get a confirmation or PO# upon success
- Watch for rate-limit or authentication errors (null response)
Troubleshooting
- If you see “null response” or “authentication error,” confirm your TDSynnex credentials and test again.
- Watch for rate-limit errors if requests are too frequent.
- IP Whitelisting: TDSynnex often requires whitelisting Flxpoint’s IP addresses for your specific account. Contact TDSynnex to confirm your IP addresses have been added.
- Shipping Fields in Mapping: The default Send FR template doesn’t include all shipping fields. Make sure you manually add them if your shipments need those details.
Get Shipments
Yes, TDSynnex shipments are automatically retrieved.
Etilize does not provide shipping data—TDSynnex does. Partial shipments, multiple tracking numbers, and custom fields (e.g., SerialNo) are supported.
Get Invoices
Yes, TDSynnex invoice data is supported along with Etilize product info.
Etilize does not impact invoices—TDSynnex shares taxes, shipping, line costs once the invoice is posted. Provide your TDSynnex FR# to retrieve the invoice.
